Trobbu Tulum villas start at $900 a night, or you can buy a piece of one for $35,000.

The Trobbu Boutique Collection has launched Trobbu Tulum, the area’s first all-inclusive luxury villa experience. Trobbu Tulum, set to open in January, will feature 10 exclusive villas in Tulum’s serene jungle, offering guests a blend of luxury and nature.

Each 2,745-square-foot villa spans three levels, accommodating up to eight guests, and includes three bedrooms, 3½ baths, an infinity pool, decked terrace and fully equipped kitchen.

The starting rate is $900 per night. Amenities include a shared spa, fitness center and a variety of tailor-made experiences, such as cooking classes, yacht rentals and wellness sessions.

A standout feature is the option to purchase a fraction of a villa, starting at $35,000, allowing owners to either vacation or rent out their property annually.

Elías Barbosa, managing director of Trobbu, expressed excitement about offering "a remarkable getaway" designed to "reconnect guests with themselves and their surroundings."
