Nikki Beach Hospitality Group has teamed up with Ayre Group to launch the Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Antigua on Jolly Beach, Antigua. The development, valued at over $400 million, will introduce Nikki Beach’s signature style to the Caribbean, featuring not only a resort and spa but also the exclusive Nikki Beach Antigua Beach Club and a collection of branded private residences.
The resort is set against the milelong Jolly Beach on Antigua’s west coast, one of the island’s 365 renowned white-sand beaches. The location, next to the Jolly Harbour community, will provide guests and residents easy access to one of the island’s most picturesque settings.
Guests will have access to 82 rooms and suites and 181 branded residences ranging from studios to four-bedroom beachfront villas. For those purchasing residences, an optional rental program offers the opportunity to generate income while contributing to Antigua’s tourism ecosystem.
“We look forward to introducing the Nikki Beach experience to the stunning island of Antigua," said Lucia Penrod, co-founder and CEO of Nikki Beach. "This project not only expands our footprint in the Caribbean but brings our signature blend of hospitality to a new, vibrant destination.”
Amenities at the resort will cater to diverse wellness and leisure needs, including five restaurants, a beach club with boat access and an array of health facilities. They include a Tone Gym and Nikki Spa, which will feature services like cryotherapy, hyperbaric therapy, hydrotherapy, red-light therapy and IV treatments. There’s also an aquatic center and a private lounge for residence owners.
The Ayre Group's Calvin Ayre highlighted the project’s potential impact, saying, “This soon-to-be-developed five-star hotel on Antigua’s beachfront is poised to become an unforgettable destination in the region, combining luxury, convenience and modern living.”
