This Thanksgiving, the Four Seasons Resort Nevis is set to host celebrity chef and restaurateur Rocco DiSpirito for an exclusive three-night culinary residency Nov. 26-29.
“We are thrilled to welcome chef Rocco DiSpirito to Four Seasons Resort Nevis this Thanksgiving,” said Billy Cueto, the resort's general manager. “His exceptional talent and passion for culinary excellence align perfectly with our commitment to delivering elevated dining experiences for our guests.”
DiSpirito, known for his innovative take on traditional cuisine, will collaborate with the resort’s executive chef, Andrea Ferrandi, and his team to highlight the rich flavors of Nevis. Together, they will craft dishes that blend DiSpirito’s signature culinary style with the island’s fresh ingredients and Caribbean spices.
Guests can look forward to two restaurant takeovers at the property’s Mediterranean-inspired EsQuilina restaurant Nov. 26 and 29. DiSpirito will also host a special cooking demonstration and lunch Nov. 27, offering a look into his creative process and an opportunity for guests to engage with him directly.
The special holiday residency also coincides with the 50th anniversary of the Nevis Culturama Festival. The resort will honor its spirit with a program that blends Caribbean carnival festivities with the warmth of the holiday season.
Besides the culinary events, the festive programming will offer a range of activities like rejuvenating spa and wellness sessions, sports and family-friendly events.
