Black Tomato, a luxury travel firm that caters to multigenerational families, has created a new travel itinerary for those looking to book an adventure trip in Thailand.
The itinerary begins with a stay in Capella Bangkok, a five-star hotel with panoramic views of the Chao Phraya River. Families will explore the royal Grand Palace, Wat Arun Buddhist temple and lush Poomjai Garden before making their way to an elephant sanctuary and jungle experiences in northern Thailand’s Chiang Rai city.
Other stops on the trip include ancient ruins and archaeological sites in the mountainous Chiang Mai region. Travelers then head south to Thailand’s Phuket island to spend time on a beach resort, with available access to kayaks, Jet Skis or private yachts to round out their vacation.
Black Tomato suggests an ideal trip length of 12 nights with prices starting from $15,860 per family member. Black Tomato co-founder Tom Marchand told Crain Currency last year that multigenerational family travel accounts for over half of the company’s bookings.
