High-rollers in the Hamptons will have a new dining experience this summer when

pastaRAMEN brings its pop-up dinner party series to Kissaki in Water Mill.

The eight-course, $250-per-person dinner will feature Japanese-inspired Italian cuisine — such as truffle porcini ramen, mochi ramen and Kaluga caviar and in-house dry-aged Japanese A5 Waygu — prepared by James Beard-nominated chef Robbie Felice. The experience begins in Kissaki’s private omakase room on Monday, June 26, and runs through Monday, Aug. 28.

This is the latest speakeasy-style experience from Montclair Hospitality Group’s founder, Luck Sarabhayavanija, and CEO Joey Simons after successful pop-up dinners in SoHo, Seattle, Jersey City, Miami and Los Angeles. The group plans future collaborations with other top chefs, including Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto.
