Emma Gwyther, the CEO and founder of Interluxe Group, has long been a fixture in the luxury space, particularly within the world of high-end automotive experiences. With expertise and an enviable list of partnerships under her belt, she has helped some of the world’s most iconic brands — Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, Bugatti, Aston Martin and Maserati — create memorable events that capture the essence of luxury.
Gwyther moved to the U.S. in 2008 with plans to establish the American arm of an experiential marketing company. But after an unexpected layoff, she leaned into the entrepreneurial spirit and started a company. From her garage in South Carolina, Gwyther built a successful enterprise, curating ultraexclusive experiences for a discerning global clientele.
The road to success was as hands-on as the events she creates. What set her apart wasn’t just the grandeur of the events but the deep relationships she built within the industry. Interluxe worked to attract the right audience, connecting luxury brands with a trusted network of partners — all without charging for these introductions.
“Luxury is about giving people an emotional experience,” said Gwyther. “No one buys a Ferrari just to get to work. It represents something greater — an accomplishment, a reward for their journey.”
Her events reflect this ethos, providing clients not just access to high-end cars but to a lifestyle. Whether it’s flying clients to Jackson Hole for a private rally or creating experiences around F1 races in Las Vegas, Gwyther knows that her clientele seek connection and community as much as they do luxury.
Interluxe’s latest ventures continue to push boundaries. Their upcoming six-month celebration of Queen Elizabeth II, launching in New York’s Rockefeller Center, will showcase the vehicles of the late monarch, paying tribute to her life behind the wheel and her contributions to the automotive world.
Gwyther’s team is also set to create a one-of-a-kind experience for Bugatti during the Las Vegas F1 event this November, a testament to the brand’s growing involvement in the global F1 phenomenon and the unique access that Emma and her team provide to their clients.
