The Four Seasons Resort Nevis has unveiled new dining experiences that include creative cocktails inspired by the island’s surroundings and global cuisines such as authentic sushi, Mexican and Caribbean offerings.
Among the new experiences is the transformation of Kastawey Beach Bar, a toes-in-the-sand restaurant on the resort’s south shore, into a traditional seaside sushi haven led by chef Suresh Edirisuriya De Seram. The resort has also launched a weekly omakase experience at the private chef’s counter at EsQuilina.
The crowned monkey Rum Bar in the resort’s Great House lobby has a new cocktail menu featuring its own twist on classics such as the Old-Fashioned and Negroni, as well as Nevis’ most famous cocktail with a secret recipe, the Sunshine’s Killer Bee.
Other features are a fisherman’s market on Wednesdays and a Caribbean beach barbecue on Tuesdays and Fridays.
