Union Square Events, a Danny Meyer concept, will be leading food and beverage operations at Canoe Place Inn & Cottages in Hampton Bays, New York.
This marks Union Square's debut in the Hamptons, headlined by the esteemed Good Ground Tavern restaurant within the boutique inn.
The Good Ground Tavern specializes in seasonal American cuisine and is committed to sustainable farm-to-table dining. The team is currently in transition, with updates to the menu expected in the coming months. Founded in 2005 by Meyer, Union Square Events is now led by President Tony Mastellone.
In addition to Good Ground Tavern, Union Square Events will manage in-room dining services and event catering, offering bespoke services for weddings, corporate events and special occasions.
