Celebrity attorneys Mark Geragos and Tina Glandian of Geragos Global, owners of the Capri Southampton, have announced a joint venture with Mayank Dwivedi, a real estate entrepreneur and founder of Yankee Hotel Management LLC. This collaboration aims to manage and enhance the boutique hotel’s offerings.
The Capri Southampton is known for its blend of classic sophistication and beach-chic style, featuring 30 guest rooms — 27 standard and three club suites. The hotel’s Bathing Club provides guests with a luxurious poolside retreat, complete with chaise lounges and daybeds.
As part of this new partnership, the hotel has launched a fresh dining concept called Ketchy Beach. This venture is being brought to life by the team behind the popular New York City venue Ketchy Shuby and debuted this summer.
Dwivedi brings a wealth of experience from his Wall Street background and a proven ability to revitalize distressed real estate assets. His diverse real estate portfolio on the East Coast includes The Maidstone in East Hampton, which he purchased in 2023 with Irwin Simon. Dwivedi plans to further expand his portfolio by acquiring and managing more boutique hotels and hospitality ventures in the Hamptons and other locations.
The transaction was finalized in the second quarter of this year, though the financial details remain undisclosed.
