UBS Private Wealth Management has hired four employees away from Goldman Sachs, all of whom are focused on advising ultra-high-net-worth clients and family offices. The new hires, announced April 12, follow Richard Weintraub’s March departure from UBS to lead Citi Group’s family office unit.
Regina Bronson and Alex Gitomer are joining UBS as managing directors and private wealth advisers. Bronson and Gitomer had been private wealth advisers at Goldman Sachs since 2014. Gitomer worked with UHNW families, while Bronson provided UHNW and family office clients investment management, trust and estate structuring, philanthropy and lending services.
Also joining UBS as senior wealth strategy associates are Christina Brown and Hilary Stock. Brown was most recently a private wealth management analyst at Goldman Sachs, while Stock was Goldman’s vice president in private wealth management.
Bronson, Gitomer, Brown and Stock will join UBS’ Private Wealth Management office in Manhattan and report to Thomas Conigatti, markets director at Private Wealth Management.
“Regina and Alex are talented advisers that have decades of combined experience advising ultra-high-net-worth clients on the complexities of maintaining and growing wealth through generations,” Conigatti said. “Their dedication to client success and focus on providing personalized service will be additive to our business, and we look forward to welcoming their team to the firm.
