The UK-based investment manager Schroders has promoted Nicolas Giedzinski to be its new head of U.S. family offices and offshore. He will report to Phil Middleton, CEO of the Americas; and Gonzalo Binello, head of Latin America and U.S. offshore.
Giedzinski was previously head of wealth for the U.S. offshore team at Schroders, which manages $978.1 billion in assets for its clients globally. According to his LinkedIn profile, Giedzinski has worked at Schroders since 2005, with roles in Argentina, Chile, New York and Miami.
“I am delighted to have Nico’s depth of experience, leadership and knowledge to deepen our relationships with U.S. family offices to provide solutions to meet their unique investment needs,” Middleton said in a statement.
Several other executives were recently promoted within the Americas Client Group at Schroders, including Middleton's role expanding from CEO of North America to CEO of the Americas.
