Wealth management adviser Carina Diamond has been hired as chief growth officer at Gries Financial Partners, a Cleveland-based registered investment adviser with $1.7 billion in assets under management and advisement.
Gries provides financial services for high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients, including 401(k) plans, foundations and endowments. Diamond previously worked as the chief growth officer at Dakota Wealth Management. In 2023, she founded Stella Secunda, a consultant that guides financial service firms in succession planning and hiring next-generation talent.
Sally Gries founded Gries Financial Partners in 1978 as Ohio’s first wholly woman-owned RIA. Gries Financial was acquired in 2020 by 4100 Group Financial Services.
"I am honored to join Gries, a firm that prioritizes its clients, in some cases spanning multiple generations,” said Diamond. "Returning to a female-founded firm resonates deeply with me, and I look forward to leveraging my expertise in growth initiatives and optimizing talent to drive Gries and 4100FS to the next level.”
