CBRE Investment Management has appointed Elisabeth Troni and Lucy Fletcher to senior leadership positions overseeing its flagship real estate funds, as part of a management restructuring at the firm, which oversees $142.5 billion in investor assets.
Troni, who has been with CBRE since 2019, will now be lead portfolio manager for the firm’s U.S. core real estate strategy. Additionally, Fletcher has joined CBRE as lead portfolio manager for its global open-end core-plus strategy.
Both Fletcher and Troni have 25 years of experience in global real estate investing. For the past seven years, Fletcher was the global head of portfolio management at QuadReal Property Group in Canada, where she managed the firm’s real estate equity and debt investment portfolio.
Troni is based in New York and reports to Julie Ingersoll, CIO for Americas Direct Real Estate Strategies. Fletcher is based in Boston and reports to Achal Gandhi, CIO for Indirect Real Estate Strategies.
