Stonehage Fleming, a global family office based in Philadelphia, says its CEO, Chris Merry, will be leaving the group. Merry has been its CEO since 2019.
Executive Chairman and former chief executive Giuseppe Ciucci will take over the role until a long-term replacement is found, International Adviser reported.
“I’m looking forward to working with our strong and established leadership team to continue building on our organic growth and bedding down our recent acquisitions," Ciucci said.
Six months ago, Stonehage Fleming bought Rootstock Investment Management, a South-Africa-based investment firm.
