This week Sequoia Financial Group, a wealth manager that has more than $15 billion in assets under management, launched Sequoia Sentinel, a family office within the firm with clients that tend to have a minimum account size of $20 million. The new unit’s clients represent about 55% of the firm’s total assets under management.
In recent years, Sequoia Financial has acquired Zeke Capital Advisors, M Capital Advisors and Wealthstone Advisors.
Sequoia Sentinel is led by Annie McCauley, executive vice president and chief client experience officer of Sequoia.
