1 Hotel Central Park has unveiled its Park Penthouse, soaring 19 floors above the vibrant New York cityscape. The property debuted back in 2015 by Barry Sternlicht, who wanted to curate a mission-driven luxury lifestyle hotel brand with an emphasis on sustainability.
The penthouse was designed as a unique experience that marries luxury with the environment, featuring nuanced touches showcasing sustainable craftsmanship and supporting local artisans. Additionally, the penthouse is complete with more than 3,000 live plants within the indoor/outdoor space.
The nature-inspired haven has three sprawling suites, two guest rooms and an outdoor terrace spanning 2,871 square feet with 1,201 square feet of outdoor space.
The full Park Penthouse experience includes personalized check-in and checkout services, a curated minibar, a complimentary personal training session for two, Audi e-tron SUV transportation to and from the airport, and food and beverage experiences at Jonathan Waxman’s Jams.
Guests can either fully book the 19th floor, or the three suites and two guest bedrooms can be rented individually.
